Shipping Information
UK orders are shipped via DPD and all international orders via DHL.
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please email us at info@anikelabel.com, and we will investigate this for you.
Orders placed during new launches or sale periods could take up to 10 extra business days to be dispatched or longer if labelled as PREORDER.
DPD & DHL has end-to-end tracking.Please do not reject/refuse a delivery due to customs fees. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.
Free UK shipping on all orders £100 or more, international shipping £250 or more.

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected upon delivery. These fees are not included in the checkout total and are determined by the customs agency of the destination country, which is beyond our control. Since these charges vary depending on the country, we are unable to estimate them. To get an accurate idea of what these fees may be, it's best to contact your local customs office or carrier.
If the recipient refuses to accept the package for any reason, it will be returned to us. DHL imposes a return fee, which must be paid by the customer. If we do not receive a response from the customer, the package will be considered abandoned by DHL and discarded, making the order ineligible for a refund.
Customers are also responsible for any return shipping costs. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
Please be aware that following Brexit, all orders shipped to EU countries are subject to customs and duty fees. Unfortunately, this is one of the consequences of Brexit, and it is beyond our control.
