RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Our returns centre provides easy, quick and hassle free returns. (COMING JAN 2025)

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    Conditions for return:

    • Without damages, alterations, stains or marks.
    • Return in it's original condition, original packaging is not a necessity but ensure all tags are still attached
    • Unworn and odourless.
    • Untampered security ribbon.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    FAULTY 

    Please inform us if the item is faulty within 5 days of receiving the item. Forward images to INFO@ANIKELABEL.COM. Our customer care team will be with you within 1-2 days and assist you with this. We can only accept the return of a faulty item as long as there is no removal of tags.

    SALE ITEMS / LAST CHANCE TO BUY 

    Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable. ALL sales are final.

  • We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

  • If you change your mind or make a mistake , orders can be cancelled via email by notifying info@anikelabel.com. Please include your full name and order number in your cancellation request as soon as possible.

    Please note cancellation requests are also subject to how far along in the shipment process an order is. If order has already been passed on to shipment team, we will not be able to put through your request.
